Comprehensive Metabolic and Lipid Profiles ($40)

Includes the following 14 general chemistry tests: Glucose, Sodium, Potassium, Chloride, Carbon Dioxide, Urea Nitrogen, Creatinine, Calcium, Albumin, Total Protein, AST, ALT, Alkaline Phosphatase, and Total Bilirubin. PLUS lipid pro_le: Total Cholesterol, Triglycerides, HDL and LDL Cholesterol. These tests assess liver and kidney function, electrolyte balance and blood sugar level. Recommend 10-12 hours of fasting.


Complete Blood Count ($20)

CBC (Complete Blood Count) is used as a broad screening test to check for such disorders as anemia, infection, and many other diseases. The test includes white and red blood cell counts, hemoglobin, hematocrit, platelets, and white blood cell differential.


Hemoglobin A1c ($20)

Hemoglobin A1c reflects the average blood glucose level in the blood over 6-8 weeks prior to testing. It is not dependent on a fasting state. It is used to help monitor individuals with diabetes to determine long-term control.

Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone ($20)

Shows the amount of TSH (Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone) in your blood. TSH is produced by the pituitary gland and is responsible for regulating the amount of hormones released by the thyroid gland.



Can detect high levels of PSA (Prostate Specific Antigen) that may indicate the presence of a variety of diseases such as prostate cancer, an enlarged or inflamed prostate.  PSA testing can be complicated.  Work with your doctor to determine if a PSA test is right for you.
