Outpatient Injections and Infusions
Patient Parking and Registration:
Our new outpatient infusion and injection area is conveniently located directly across the hallway from our newly relocated outpatient registration area. To access these outpatient areas, our patients are asked to please park in the front parking lot on the north side of the building, and enter though the hospital’s main entrance.
As you enter the hospital, we are asking that patients first report for their appointment in the patient registration area, in-line sight with the main entrance doors, to register.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time if this is your first visit. Our goal is to remain timely in our service delivery, so that we can continue to provide you and our other guests the highest-quality care in the most efficient environment. We hope to remove any unnecessary wait times for you and other patients. We want to be considerate of your valued time.
What to Expect on the Day of Your Procedure:
You will be greeted by a registration specialist who will confirm your appointment. During registration, you will be asked to complete all necessary paperwork, as well as consent to treatment. We are asking our patients to bring a copy of their driver’s license and medical insurance on the day of their procedure, if this is your first visit.
Once you have registered, we invite you to wait comfortably in our newly remodeled registration waiting area. The reception area will notify the outpatient infusion and injection area of your appointment. A member of our hospital will greet you in the waiting area, and escort you to the infusion and injection work area.
To ensure all patients’ safety and privacy, we are asking that our patients do not report directly to the infusion work area upon registering. A member of the infusion/injection department will walk with you to the area when the department is ready for your procedure.
For any infusions that last longer than a few hours: patients will report to the registration area first, and will then be directed to the assigned site for their procedure.

Q: How do I schedule an Infusion or Injection?
A: We are asking our patients to schedule all appointments through our Central Scheduling Department. A representative can be reached at 419-238-8642 or 419-238-8643. Central Scheduling hours of operation are Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Q: How do I schedule follow-up visits?
A: Any patients in need of follow-up visits can schedule an appointment by calling our Central Scheduling Department. A member of our hospital team can also request a follow-up visit for a patient. Our staff will contact Central Scheduling to make the scheduling arrangements for you.
Q: What if I need a same day appointment?
A: Patients needing same-day appointments are also asked to contact Central Scheduling. Central Scheduling will coordinate available appointment times for our patients.
Q: What if it is an emergency?
A: Patients with emergency needs are asked to register in the emergency department as an emergency room visit unless other arrangements have been made prior. Please note: any patients registering through the emergency room will receive emergency room hospital charges and will be billed accordingly.
