All vendor companies and representatives must complete registration with Vendormate in order to continue doing business with Van Wert County Hospital. Please direct the person responsible for managing your company's relationship with Van Wert County Hospital to complete the easy vendor registration process.
Your representatives who visit Van Wert County Hospital will be required to sign in electronically to obtain an identification badge. All vendors conducting business with Van Wert County Hospital are encouraged to register early with Vendormate. New vendors interested in doing business with Van Wert County Hospital or entity must obtain approval from Van Wert County Hospital’s Material Management Department.
